Alan is an experienced executive and consultant having held a number of chief executive roles in the housing sector and having previously run his own consultancy practice AWARD Management Consulting Ltd for many years.
He has worked with many different clients, large and small, generic and specialist, in a range of sectors including housing, education, health and charities. His main focus in consultancy is in the housing sector where he has worked with closely with boards and executive teams to help develop and execute strategies and plans to deliver growth, improvement or change and ultimately produce better outcomes for customers and communities.
Sue brings many years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on product repositioning, launches, and creating creative marketing strategies for organisations. Throughout her career, she has held senior marketing roles across the UK and Europe, and has also provided consultancy services to the SME sector.
Her diverse experience spans multiple industries, with extensive time spent in the pharmaceutical sector. In recent years, Sue has developed a deep passion for horticulture, a field that has allowed her to create a meaningful connection between marketing and the industry. Her recent work and studies at Pershore College have further deepened her understanding of the sector.
One of Sue’s key strengths is her ability to thoroughly understand an organisation’s goals and work collaboratively to help achieve them. She is highly proficient at ensuring that any strategies developed are carefully aligned with company objectives, within budget, and in line with the organisation’s capabilities, ensuring long-term success.
